NexiTV IPTV respects copyright. This page explains how to send a notice about material you believe is infringing, and how a counter-notice works. Last updated: 28 July 2026.

What this site is

nexitv.shop is a marketing and order site for prepaid streaming access. Programme feeds are delivered through player apps after purchase. Brand logos and sample titles on the marketing pages are used to describe categories people ask about; they do not mean we own those brands.

Where to send a notice

Email copyright notices to support@nexitv.shop with the subject line Copyright notice — nexitv.shop.

What to include

To act on a notice, we need enough detail to find the material and reply to you:

  1. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyright work you say is infringed.
  3. The exact URL or screen location on nexitv.shop (or a clear description of the stream/login behaviour) where the material appears.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury where that applies — that you are the owner or authorised to act.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do next

We review complete notices promptly. Where appropriate we may remove or disable access to the named material, contact the customer involved, or ask you for clarification. Incomplete notices may be returned for more detail.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, email the same address with:

  • identification of what was removed and where it was,
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification,
  • your name, address, phone number and consent to local court process where required,
  • your signature.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly trigger valid infringement notices may be suspended or closed.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly submitting a false notice can create legal exposure for the sender. Send only accurate claims.
