We sell prepaid streaming access. Ordering continues in WhatsApp. We do not run a card payment form on this website.

Order details you send us — email address, device type, country, preferred plan length, and the notes you type in WhatsApp.
Support messages — the chat history needed to set up your player or fix a login issue.

Cookies used by the site or SEO plugins — usually session or preference cookies. Analytics tools are only used if we enable them on this domain.

We do not ask you to type bank card numbers into nexitv.shop. Payment steps are confirmed in WhatsApp after we check availability.

Who we share it with

We share information only when we need to run the service:

WhatsApp (Meta) when you open a chat with us — their own privacy rules then apply to that conversation.

We do not sell your contact details to marketers.

How long we keep it

Order and support records are kept for as long as we need them to help you renew, resolve disputes, or show what was agreed. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle. You can ask us to delete contact details that are no longer required for an active plan or open complaint.
